Our Story
The O Global Charity was born from a simple but powerful act of love.
Long before the organization officially existed, Ms. Bev was caring for children in need in Jamaica. She opened her home, her heart, and her resources to children who had nowhere else to turn. What she created was more than shelter. It was safety, stability, and family.
As those closest to the work witnessed the impact of her care, it became clear that what she built could not depend on one person alone. There was a need to protect it, strengthen it, and ensure it could continue for years to come.
What began as support for Bev’s children grew into a broader vision. A vision to create safe havens where children facing uncertainty could grow, learn, and feel protected. That vision became The O Global Charity.
Today, as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our work spans multiple countries, including Jamaica and El Salvador. Though we are young as an organization, our roots run deep, grounded in compassion, community, and action.
At our core, we believe every child deserves safety, dignity, and the opportunity to imagine a future filled with hope.
